To calculate your ovulation date and also detect possible problems with your health, you should fill out the reminder dialog box daily for not less than three of your menstrual cycles. The upper part of the window displays the date the data is entered for and also the number of the current day in your menstrual cycle. You can edit data for other days by changing the current date using the "<" or ">" button. You cannot edit data for dates before the calendar was created. It does not make sense because dates before the calendar was created will neither be taken into account while calculating the ovulation day not get into statistics. Also, you cannot edit data for dates coming after today because you cannot know your future state at the moment. A bit below the field with the date you are editing data for, there are informational fields with the estimated number of days before the next menstruation and before the next ovulation. When you change the date you are editing data for, these values are also changed. Since there are a lot of fields in this form, you can select the Save these values as default option for the data to be displayed by default for future days. To change the reminder settings, click the Reminder Settings button in the lower part of the reminder window. To save the data entered in this window, click ÎÊ
