Use 4WomenOnly to prevent an unwanted pregnancy. An unwanted pregnancy and then an abortion often irreversibly and even fatally harm female health. Many women can never get pregnant in their life after the first abortion. The 4WomenOnly calendar shows days when the conception probability is extremely low. It is up to you whether you will have sexual intercourse on these days or not, but many women cannot at all get pregnant on these days. Also, days when we strongly recommend that you do not have sexual intercourse because the probability to get pregnant is highest during these days. To create your own calendar of "unsafe" and "safe" days in 4WomenOnly, you should install and start 4WomenOnly. Once you start it for the first time, 4WomenOnly will start the Wizard that will offer you to enter data about your menstrual cycle: the first menstruation day (it is the beginning of the menstrual cycle, specify the date when your last cycle started), the duration of your menstrual cycle, the duration of menstruation and the number of the ovulation day (if you do not know it, leave the default value, you will calculate it later). Your personal calendar is ready. You can already use the created calendar, but taking into account the fact that the body of every woman has its individual peculiarities, we recommend that you calculate the duration of your luteal phase for higher safety. It is necessary in order to determine the number of your ovulation day in your menstrual cycle. There is no need for you to know what is a "luteal phase" and what actually is behind the word "ovulation". Just know that your body is maximally tuned to conception several days before ovulation, during ovulation and about one day after ovulation. Sexual intercourse should be completely avoided on these days. To calculate your ovulation day, you should fill out a small form in 4WomenOnly every day. The form is automatically displayed 10 minutes (you can change this value) after 4WomenOnly is started. Also, this form will be displayed if you click a day in the 4WomenOnly calendar. Use this form to specify data about how you feel each day. The most important things are your basal body temperature, the type of cervical mucus and the state of the cervix. You specify other data at your own will, probably your gynecologist will need it. Basal body temperature is measured every day in the morning right after you wake up, advisably at one and the same time. The temperature of your body gets several tenth of one degree higher during ovulation. Do not make quick moves, just stay as if asleep. Put the thermometer into your anus. Measure and memorize the temperature. The type of cervical mucus is determined visually and by touch, check out the "Cervical Mucus" list and select the necessary value. You can do it any time during the day. The state of the cervix is determined by palpation. Palpate the cervix via the vagina. Check out the "Cervix Position" list in the form and select the necessary value. You can do it any time during the day. After you finish filling out the 4WomenOnly daily form, click "OK". Repeat this procedure every day. After one menstrual cycle is over, you already can approximately determine your ovulation day (let me repeat that you should take measurements within three or more menstrual cycles for exact calculation). To do it, switch to the "Chart" page in the main window of the program. You will see charts based on data you have entered on this page. The peaks of charts will coincide with the day of your ovulation. You will see the "Recommended luteal phase length" value below the charts - this is you ovulation day. To change your ovulation day in the 4WomenOnly calendar, click the "Update Calendar" button on the same page and change the "Luteal phase length" value. 4WomenOnly will use this data to automatically calculate and show your "unsafe" and "safe" days on the calendar.
